Last Chance Tee Times will process all fees! The course will not collect any fees booked through Last Chance Tee Times.

You need to present a printed confirmation receipt (that you receive on your computer from our website) at check-in at the golf course. This is your proof that you have already paid for your round of golf.

Your credit card will not be billed until after your tee time!

There are 2 types of Tee Times:

• Hack’n Dog Specials: These are specially discounted and unique tee times. They are always designated by the Hack’n Dogs bone, and usually don’t last very long. Don’t miss this opportunity to take advantage of these special tee times. A credit card (Visa or MasterCard ONLY) will be required to hold your reservations for the Hack'n Dog Specials. When you book the Hack'n Dog Special you will be sent a tee time confirmation to your email address. Print out a copy of this tee time reservation and bring this print out to the golf shop at check in. This is your proof that you have already paid for the golf via your credit card. Your credit card will be billed on the day that you play. You will be billed if you fail to show up for your tee time. Call 615-331-1078 to cancel up to 2 hours before your tee time. If weather prohibits you from playing, the golf course will issue you a rain check, either through LCTT or at the course. We ask that you check in at least 15 minutes prior to your tee time.
• Regular LCTT: A regular LCTT tee time is any tee time other than a Hack’n Dog Special. These rates are not quite as good as the Hack’n Dog specials. The billing procedure is exactly the same as a Hack’n Dog special. A credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD ONLY) will be used to hold your reservation at the golf course. When you arrive at the golf course to check-in, identify yourself as a LCTT golfer and present your receipt that shows that you have already paid for your tee time. Your credit card will be billed after you start the round.

• Cancellation Policy. You may cancel or change your reservations up to 2 hours before your Tee Time.Tee Times must be cancelled through LCTT and not the golf course. You must cancel by calling (615) 331-1078 or through our web site.

  NO SHOW Policy. A NO SHOW is not canceling with LCTT or not showing up for your designated tee time. If you NO SHOW the golf course has the option of charging your credit card.
